As a conflict consultant with a musical background, I support orchestras, ensembles and cultural institutions in a confidential, neutral and structured manner. Orchestras, ensembles and cultural institutions are complex social systems in which highly sensitive personalities, artistic ambitions, institutional frameworks and hierarchical structures intersect. Tensions between members of staff, with artistic or administrative leadership, or within individual teams can significantly impair creative potential and, over time, bring it to a standstill.

I work with professional orchestras, independent ensembles, opera houses, educational institutions, cultural organisations and leadership teams, both preventively and in situations of acute conflict.
