My approach combines many years of leadership experience within major cultural institutions with a deep understanding of artistic processes and a reflective, mediating style of working. I understand the dynamics of orchestras, boards and cultural organisations not as abstract systems, but through direct professional experience.

My work is centred on creating clarity: making relationships and interests visible, strengthening communication, and supporting thoughtful, sustainable decision-making. Rather than offering predetermined solutions, I work discreetly and independently to help develop new perspectives and practical ways forward.
